Melissa is starting the 2005 year off right by sharing with our readers the oppurtunity to have her as our Garage Girl! Coming to us from Phoenix, Arizona, she is our first desert model, and has the fabulous tan to prove it.

Melissa has spent the past year modeling and acting. She decribes herself as being outgoing, funny, and an outdoors person who loves animals.

She went to college at Indiana University and has her degree as a dental hygenist, if she decides to change career paths in the future. When I asked how she took the leap from dental hygene to becoming a model, she simply responded that she loves science, was wonderful at biology, chemistry, and pretty much all of the other 'ology' subjects, so it just seemed like a natural fit. She wanted a fall back career in which she could do something good, that she loved to do!

As far as her acting goes, she hasn't released any box office smash hits yet, but has had small speaking roles in several films. Her biggest claim to fame was a Charlie's Angels spoof film in which she played the lead part - a typical Britney Spears type blonde that couldn't remember what street she lived on, let alone enjoy any type of science class!

Melissa also loves to travel, go to concerts (her fav concert is Shinedown), and is a true motorhead - she loves the cars from the 60's! Her first car was going to be a Camaro, but she ended up with an Impala. How many other girls do you know that look like this and get excited over an overhauled engine?

Modeling has given her the opportunity to fulfill one of her other passions of traveling - she has been all over Europe, Mexico, and all the fun islands of the Carribean. She is packing her bags now for her sister's wedding coming up in Hawaii.

So what are Melissa's goals? She says that she doesn't want to be Miss Playboy USA. She likes working with smaller companies like ours, because we are more grounded and real. We can say that we loved working with Melissa as well!
