The trip to X-Fest proved to be an interesting one. Pudge & I headed up to Kutztown in the S-10 - one of the few times that it came out last year. Arriving in the small college town, we missed a turn, which almost proved to be a horrible mistake. As we were driving down this wrong road, a not-so-educated driver decided that it was a good idea to turn across traffic - in front of the S-10 - to get into the Rite Aid before everyone else. Those of you that know Pudge’s truck know that it doesn’t stop on a dime; in fact, it barely stops within a quarter-mile stretch. So, after more than a little obscene gesturing and a turnaround to attempt to hunt down the “big hurry” shopper, the uninjured truck, and its passengers, made it to the show.

Xcessive Habits Truck & Car Club hosted the 2nd Annual show at the Kutztown Fairgrounds on September 10th, and were ready to greet registrants with open arms. As the day progressed, clubs and teams showed in full force, arriving with old skool rods, dropped minis, hot imports with sound systems to wake the dead and jacked 4X4's to allow for owners to camp out under. It was a good day to chill under the tent and catch up on what had happened with friends that we hadn’t seen throughout the summer.

Next year’s X-Fest will be even better, when Xcessive Habits teams with Ground Scrapers! Check it out for yourself on Saturday, September 9th. For more information, visit www.xcessivehabits.com.
