With each new model that we shoot, there comes many firsts - the first model that goes topless, the first model that is a mom, the first model that owns the vehicle that we’re shooting. With Andrea, there’s no difference.

Andrea is our first model that enjoys weaponry, hunting, fishing, motorcross, four-wheeling, and all of that other tom boy stuff. When I asked her to expand on the weaponry aspect, she was all too happy to tell me that she can shoot rifles, shot guns, hand guns, bow & arrow...you name it, I’m pretty sure that if she hasn’t already shot it, she’ll give it a try.

Here’s the next interesting thing about Andrea - not only does she enjoy hunting and fishing, she also loves animals (but what else would you expect from a farm-grown country girl). Her first time out hunting, she heard a sound behind her. Turning around, she was happy to see that two fawns were nestled in the underbrush. But before she could get too attached, she got word that deer were headed her way. She ended up going home that day with a 4-point, but she insists that it wasn’t one of the fawns parents.

But, take her inside, give her a bath, some hair supplies, and a clean outfit (that doesn’t involved camo), she’ll be the girl on the front of our cover again. And speaking of our cover shoot, make sure that you check out the top that she’s wearing. That is a handcrafted piece of material, but don’t think that Andrea did that as well - the tailor that created that would be Andrea’s fiancee, Nate. (Yeah, he’s gonna be mad that I just put that in, but our magazine is all about bringing people closer!)

Nate and Andrea have a great story about how they met. Going to community college in Central PA, everyone has to commute. One day during her first semester, Andrea parked her big jacked up truck with Country Girl across the front of it in the student lot and walked off to class. She happened to park next to Nate’s truck. When Nate, who was taking automotive courses, was done, he and his friends saw this awesome truck parked next to his. They did what guys do and walked around it to check it out. When they saw “Country Girl” across the front, they were impressed. One of Nate’s friends wrote a note on his behalf and left it on Andrea’s truck. Four years later, they’re still “truckin’” along.

So what does the future hold for Andrea? She’s been doing some local promotions through The Harman Agency (wwww.theharmanagency.com), including getting to hang out with Rusty Wallace while he signed autographs, but she’s starting to get into acting, and she’s really excited about it. She is in an episode of Forensic Files to air on Court TV this month, and just finished up shooting an episode of The Scariest Places on Earth for ABC Family, scheduled to run October 20th.

The draw of the big screen and stories like Brad Pitt quitting college two credits short of a degree get her mind wandering about all the possibilities ahead. One thing is for sure, whatever she decides to do, she’ll make the best out of it!
